Exchanges and Returns Policy
For purchases within the Mexican Republic, the company accepts changes during the first 30 calendar days after receiving the product.
The changes will be made by sending the product to the space located in

HUIXQUILUCAN, ESTADO DE MEXICO
Only one change can be made per product. The customer must send the product in the original packaging assuming the cost and risk of shipping. Changes are made with sales invoice or gift copy. Changes are only accepted if the shoe is in perfect condition and as it left the store, with original packaging in good condition. Changes can be made by the same model or by another model. In case the new model chosen is of a higher amount, the client must cancel the difference. In case the new model is of a lower amount, the difference will remain as a credit note in favor of the client, which may be used for one month from the date the credit note was issued.
The company does not accept money returns in any case. Changes or returns are not accepted on products in liquidation, used items, items that do not comply with the details in the previous points or custom made products.
For purchases made outside the Mexican Republic, exchanges and returns are not accepted in any case.
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. The customer will receive their order once the order has been processed, approximately in 48 hours. Additionally, the shipping time depends on the destination. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for shipping delays from Courier companies.
The shipping cost is pay by the customer, and is included in the final billing of the purchase.
For international shipments, the tariffs or taxes generated by the entry of the product to the destination country will be paid by the customer.
