The customer must send the product in the original packaging assuming the cost and risk of shipping. Changes are made with sales invoice or gift copy. Changes are only accepted if the shoe is in perfect condition and as it left the store, with original packaging in good condition. Changes can be made by the same model or by another model. In case the new model chosen is of a higher amount, the client must cancel the difference. In case the new model is of a lower amount, the difference will remain as a credit note in favor of the client, which may be used for one month from the date the credit note was issued.<br \/>\nThe company does not accept money returns in any case. Changes or returns are not accepted on products in liquidation, used items, items that do not comply with the details in the previous points or custom made products.<\/p>\n<p>For purchases made outside the Mexican Republic, exchanges and returns are not accepted in any case.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shipping<\/strong><br \/>\nAll orders are shipped Monday through Friday. The customer will receive their order once the order has been processed, approximately in 48 hours. Additionally, the shipping time depends on the destination.
